No Office Visits, Flat Fee, Done in Weeks

Protect your family, your goals, your values — off the to-do list and into the safe deposit box in weeks

Let’s Make this Easy

Let’s face it, no one likes to do their estate planning. The cost, the organization, the family issues — it can be emotional. And oh yeah, the lawyers! It all screams “Not Today”. When we are young, we think “there’s always tomorrow”. And when we get older, well, there’s just so much to think about and life has become so complicated. But you know you need to do it — that’s why it is on your to-do list.

So Let me help you.

Whether you just got married or bought your first home, or you’re taking your first vacation away from the kids and your spouse is anxious about all the “what if’s”; or it is later in life and family structures have become complicated and you want your wishes followed precisely; or maybe a medical procedure has you worried about getting organized and protecting your family and medical wishes.

I can help you with all of these situations and more.

How We’ll Work

We’ll start with a short questionnaire to gather some basic information. Then we’ll meet by phone or video call and talk through your wishes. I’ll ask the right questions and help you figure out what you need and what you want. After that, I’ll personally prepare your documents. When everything is ready, one of our document specialists will meet you — at your home, office, or another convenient location — to guide you through the signing process and ensure everything is executed properly.

Your Lawyer’s Role in Your Plan

You can find wills and powers of attorney online. You can even pick up estate planning forms at big-box stores. But estate planning isn’t just about filling in blanks — it’s about making smart, informed choices, and getting real support.

A good lawyer doesn’t just drop documents in your lap. They help you understand what you’re signing, how it works, and whether it’s the right move for your situation. Estate planning is full of unfamiliar language — codicils, per stirpes, residuary estate, durable powers, attorneys-in-fact. It’s a different vocabulary, and it’s okay not to know it.

Part of the lawyer’s job is to explain things clearly — so you know what your documents mean and what they actually do. You don’t need a legal background to make good decisions. You just need someone who’s willing to meet you where you are, and walk you through it.

For me, that’s the heart of this work. I don’t do cookie-cutter plans, and I don’t use fear tactics. I ask the important questions. Then, I listen carefully so I understand both what you need and what you want to accomplish. Finally, I explain things plainly, and make sure you walk away with a plan that fits — one that reflects your values, meets your goals, and takes care of the people who count on you.

“Matt has help my wife and me through job changes and life changes. Always a voice of reason and a close confidant.”
